Organization
According to the services rendered, CONSITRANS is organized in ten departments:
- Department of Roads, Railways, Traffic and Efficiency
- Department of Bridges Design and Consolidation
- Department of Hydro-technical Constructions Design and Water Utilization
- Department of Topographical Studies and Cadastral Survey
- Department of Consultancy Services, Claims and Requisition, including the staff training in supervision and management of the works contracts
- Department of Marketing, Offers and Contracting
- Department of Technical Bids, Evaluation of Bids and Estimations
- Department of Authorizations, Approvals and Document Pursuance
- Department of Quality Control, Environment and Workplace Health and Safety
- Financial Department
These departments include both technical and support services such as IT, supply, mechanization, advertising and image, legal office, human resources office, etc.
Having a good collaboration between the departments’ managing directors, the staff is very well trained and carefully organized to handle the responsibilities taken on by the company.
