CONSITRANS has managed to find the perfect balance between the experience gained over time and innovative ideas, its staff being composed both by established specialists and by well trained young engineers.

Considering the company has made a priority out of taking on important European Projects, CONSITRANS places high emphasis on training the staff at international standards, some of the employees being schooled and trained abroad. As such, the members of staff are acknowledged as certified scientific researchers, engineers authorized by MLPAT (former Ministry of Civil Works, present Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism) project and site managers, designing and consulting engineers, geodesic and topometric engineers, geo-technical experts and specialists in preparing pre-qualification and tender documents.

Staffing full time and well trained employees, the personnel contracted by CONSITRANS meets all requirements for carrying out all the company’s projects successfully.
